ACTIVITIES: Members of the NTLPA Committee meet with the Trustees of the Pension Scheme annually to discuss matters of interest.
Links to Other Organisations Occupational Pensioners Alliance (OPA); the Association is a member of OPA , which expended a great deal of effort in seeking to influence the recent legislation on Pensions, and continues to monitor the emerging Regulations. It proposes to continue to represent the interests of its member Associations and of their members in Parliament and elsewhere
ITC Retirement Association (ITCRA); NTLPA members are welcome to join in with the programme of social activities arranged by the ITCRA (including regular informal meetings held usually in the Winchester area and occasionally more ambitious outings such as weekends in different parts of the UK). Details of their events are included in the contents page and in the NTLPA newsletter.
Membership Communication NTLPA is keen to help its members stay in touch and to be mutually supportive, to the extent that they wish to do so. A list of members names and addresses is available (only to other members) and minutes of the AGM are circulated to all.
In view of the widely scattered membership the association arranges only occasional social activities but we hope that in time the programme will widen both in scope and location.
NTLPA now produce a quarterly newsletter for its members which includes details of forthcoming social and formal events.
Committee Meetings NTLPA hold meetings every two months and a summary is published on the forum (see ntlPA Committee Meetings Category) for registered members only.
